1. Purpose and scope

These terms set out the basic matters between Habitus Health Corporation (the “Company”) and users regarding the use of the habitushealth.app website (the “Website”) and email communications sent by the Company. Where an individual service provided by the Company has its own terms, those terms take precedence for that service.

2. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Website (text, logos, images, video, and similar) belongs to the Company or its rightful owners. It may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or used commercially without the Company’s prior consent.

3. Email communications

The Company may send email, from addresses at the habitushealth.app domain such as [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], to respond to inquiries, to provide service-related notices, and to deliver updates to users who have consented to receive them. Promotional email is sent only with prior consent, and you may opt out at any time. The handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of liability

The Company strives to keep the information on the Website accurate and current. The Website is provided for the purpose of introducing the Company and its products, and the Company does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information. The Company is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Website.

5. Changes to these terms

The Company may amend these terms where necessary. Amended terms take effect when posted on the Website.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising in connection with these terms are submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
